- Shipping and Returns -

Shipping and Handling Information:

Freight is prepaid and added to invoices - this means freight is not free; you will pay shipping and handling on your order.

Due to the weight and size variances of our products, calculating freight charges can be very complex. Unfortunately, our shopping cart software cannot accurately calculate these charges. Therefore, we must figure shipping on a per order basis, from the smallest tip to the largest machine.

We do not "make up" these freight charges. Whether your package ships from our warehouse or from a supplier, we simply pass the charges on to you. The MINIMUM shipping charge is $10.62 (that's for 1 pound or less), and may increase depending on your location.

SPECIAL NOTE - Telescoping wands ship via UPS, and must ship in the "Oversize 2" category, which means that you are charged extra for the length of the item. Typical shipping and handling runs $25 - $35, but we will contact you with your specific freight charges.

You will be notified of the shipping and handling charges for your specific order, usually via email. Most orders are then shipped immediately upon receiving your confirmation of the freight charges (depending on stock availability and time received). This means we will not ship your order until we hear back from you with your approval of the shipping and handling charges. PayPal customers will be
notified on an additional invoice what the shipping and handling charges will be, and the order will be held until all charges are approved and payment for the item(s), shipping, and handling is received.

We ship via:

1. UPS Ground or USPS on most items to most locations (unless a rush shipment is requested)
2. Common Carrier on larger and heavier items (i.e., tanks, machines, chemicals, etc.)

We cannot ship to a Post Office Box. You must provide a physical address for shipping. We encourage you to ship to a commercial address whenever possible for the best shipping rate. For large overseas shipments, you must have a freight forwarding company, someone that can coordinate your shipment and address all of the corresponding logistics, customs, etc.

Returned Merchandise:

1. A return goods authorization number must be obtained before merchandise is returned. You will need to have your invoice number available.
2. All returns must be sent freight prepaid, except for items shipped in error.
3. All returned items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Waiver:

We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or harm caused by shipping delays, use of products, errors in shipping, or damage to personnel, lost income, and/or damage caused by the installation of said products.
